According to Habersham Hall, producer for indie record label Explo-Sound Records, principle recording has been completed on all tracks for Chris Bartlett’s inaugural Explo-Sound Records CD.
“The backing tracks are pretty much complete, and we’ve captured some wonderful session work” said Hall. “And we’ve narrowed the track selection down to about a dozen great songs. Chris developed so much good material the choice has been tough, but we’ve settled on what we agree are the best for this first CD. We’re looking forward to laying in Chris’s vocal and guitar tracks. The songs are so good, mixing and premastering this CD is going to be a lot of fun too.”
When asked about a release date, Hall said, “We’re not going to put time pressure on this project. We’re letting it develop at its own pace. We do think a late summer or early fall release is possible, but we don’t intend to rush or force it. If it goes quickly, great! If not, I’m sure we won’t regret the time we took with it.”
